I ordered the black floral and ended up getti g the navy blue. Im sure had i reached out to customer service they would’ve made it right but I wouldn’t have gotten it in time for the birthday party i was gifting it at so we just gofted the blue set. Since it was a gift I can’t speak on how well it works. It seemed nice and sturdy/well made.

I bought this as a work bag and it works great for that. The quality is what you would expect for what you pay. Nothing has fallen off as of yet and the straps hold up well. Some of the quality issues come in the lining. I work in nursing and I am also a full time student. My bag is always full and this does the job. I plan to get a few of the other colors and my Mom has asked for one as well.

Ordered this because I needed a tote that would stand up on its own, not too many pocket dividers in the center to throw me off when I have to reach for my chapstick while driving! The bonus is that it came with all the other smaller bags. My four year old daughter was thrilled to get to use the over the shoulder smaller purse and be “just like mom” I would have paid big money for this bag if it said Kate Spade on it. But didn’t have to because it’s pretty much the same thing just different writing on the front. I got it in pink and really like the color contrast with jeans or a white coat.

The bags and wallet arrived super quickly! They were ordered on a Friday afternoon and were delivered on the following Monday by end of day. The quality is as expected for the price, not the highest, however still perfect for everyday use. I love how sturdy the purse is, it has great structure and stands upright on its own without collapsing in on itself. Great size to fit everything I carry with me on a daily basis! I would recommend this product. 🙂
