The bags and wallet arrived super quickly! They were ordered on a Friday afternoon and were delivered on the following Monday by end of day. I ordered the black floral and ended up getti g the navy blue. Im sure had i reached out to customer service they would’ve made it right but I wouldn’t have gotten it in time for the birthday party i was gifting it at so we just gofted the blue set. Since it was a gift I can’t speak on how well it works. It seemed nice and sturdy/well made.

Ordered this because I needed a tote that would stand up on its own, not too many pocket dividers in the center to throw me off when I have to reach for my chapstick while driving! The bonus is that it came with all the other smaller bags. My four year old daughter was thrilled to get to use the over the shoulder smaller purse and be “just like mom” I would have paid big money for this bag if it said Kate Spade on it. But didn’t have to because it’s pretty much the same thing just different writing on the front. I got it in pink and really like the color contrast with jeans or a white coat.
