I bought this as a work bag and it works great for that. The quality is what you would expect for what you pay. Nothing has fallen off as of yet and the straps hold up well. Some of the quality issues come in the lining. I work in nursing and I am also a full time student. My bag is always full and this does the job. I plan to get a few of the other colors and my Mom has asked for one as well.

The quality is as expected for the price, not the highest, however still perfect for everyday use. I ordered the black floral and ended up getti g the navy blue. Im sure had i reached out to customer service they would’ve made it right but I wouldn’t have gotten it in time for the birthday party i was gifting it at so we just gofted the blue set. Since it was a gift I can’t speak on how well it works. It seemed nice and sturdy/well made.
